Intermediate reed relay series RPG-2


The RPG-2 relay reed switches are designed for operation in automation and control circuits made on printed circuit boards, at 12, 15, 24VDC supply voltage, rectified three-phase current with a ripple frequency of at least 300Hz without using a filter, as well as rectified current with Filter, providing a ripple of no more than 6%.

Relays are also suitable for operation in control systems based on microprocessor technology and are component parts.

The power consumption of the relay winding at U and the mass of the relay are given in Table. 1.


The parameters of the electrical circuits switched by the contacts and the switching wear resistance of the relay contacts, depending on the application category for the normal switching modes at the switching frequency of 90,000 cycles per hour, correspond to the data in Table. 2.

The relay contacts are intended mainly for switching active circuits. When commutating inductive and capacitive loads, as well as when working on incandescent lamps, contact protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of OST 11.0152-85.

The warranty period is 2 years from the date of commissioning.

The warranty period of the relay is -3 years from the date of manufacture.

Warranty obligations on relays are removed after a lapse of 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Magnetically controlled contacts КЭМ-2А are located inside the control coil. Conclusions of reed switches and coils are soldered to clades in increments of 2.5 mm.

The relay is enclosed by a casing and has a ferromagnetic screen for increasing the sensitivity and for protecting the relay from the influence of external magnetic fields.
